3-Day Checking Warranty

We offer a 3-Day Checking Warranty. If you receive a product that is damaged, torn, or the wrong size, you can exchange it.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  1. Must be Unused: The gloves must be in brand new condition. If they show signs of dirt, kite string (dor) cuts, or sweat, we cannot accept the return.
  2. Video Proof: For parcels outside Lahore, please make a short video while opening the packet. This helps us solve issues instantly.

How to Return

Simply WhatsApp us at our support number with your Order ID.

  • Lahore: Our rider will come to swap the gloves (Free of cost for wrong items).
  • Other Cities: You will need to ship the parcel back to us.

Refunds

We offer Cash Refunds via JazzCash or EasyPaisa if you are not satisfied with the quality (only for unused items). Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the return.
